Hans has an absolutely humongous brain trapped inside his little skull. Occasionally his brain will fall out of his nose and he has to stuff it back in. Often Hans needs to carry his extra brains in a small cart and pull it behind himself. People are often turned off by this and will exclaim, "Why are you carrying all those brains in that cart?", to which he just gives them a loathsome stare, because after all they aren't so smart that they need a cart for their brains.

Sometimes his brains will get a little dirty from all the pollution in the air, so he has to send them out for cleaning. If you see him without the cart, that means that his extra brains are being professionally cleaned and that he is no smarter at that time than anyone else. Of course, he misses his brains when they are getting cleaned, so he is usually a bit moody when he doesn't have his cart with him.

It is during those times when you will find him banging on things and making noise with a bunch of sub-human crazed lunatic mutants called North.
